By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
3. Information purposes only
The content of the Website describes the HomeDesk IT service of tross kkeys in general terms and is provided for information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of any particular result. Descriptions of plans, features, response targets and indicative timelines are illustrative; actual scope, service levels and prices are set out exclusively in the written agreement concluded with each customer.
4. Services and customer contracts
Our managed home-office services are provided only to businesses and other legal persons under a separate Master Services Agreement, Service Description and Data Processing Agreement. Submitting a call request through the Website does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when both parties sign the agreement or we confirm your order in writing.
We are not a party to any employment relationship between a customer and its employees. Equipment supplied as part of the service remains the property of tross kkeys unless the agreement states otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and all of its content — including text, graphics, design, layout, animations, logos, the "Tross Remote" and "HomeDesk IT" names and all software — are owned by or licensed to tross kkeys and protected by Estonian and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Permitted use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it with automated tools beyond what is permitted by our robots directives, or submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms.

Liability in connection with our services is governed exclusively by the agreement concluded with the customer.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our services are, however, offered to businesses only.
